When we create a document using 'justify' formatting, we are getting spaces between letters as well as words. Word always reverts back to the default printer settings from the Control Panel. Is it possible to save printer settings with a template in Word?Īfter I modify the printer settings in Word then save the template. Any ideas how I can get it so that it prints the whole page number? Thanks in advance

Hi All, When I print out my word document, half of the page numbers at the centre-bottom of the page are chopped off! When I check them in the print preview, they are half-chopped off too there. A footnote appears at the bottom of the page that contains its reference number. The only difference between the two is where they appear in the document. Word is capable of generating both footnotes and endnotes. I don't find any clue in the draft view!!!! Regards Jamal. For me i couldn't see and way control the spaces when i get to 'Draft' view (attached)? How did you deleted the 'extra line after the footnote separator & footnote continuation separator and before the footnote continuation notice'? I've not doubt that you can do whatever belongs to Word. I also reduced the bottom margin to 0.5cm. I've deleted the extra line after the footnote separator & footnote continuation separator and before the footnote continuation notice (you need to use draft view to access those features). You’ve now got rid of that empty paragraph for ALL footnotes in your document.
